Hughes rocked a wobbly Gracie with a hard shot that sent the Brazilian back into the cage, prompting referee Herb Dean to intervene. Gracie was barely able to stand at the conclusion of the bout.

Rafael dos Anjos defeated Terry Etim with an arm bar in round two. The official time was 4:30. The loss was Etim’s first in the Octagon. With the victory, dos Anjos extends his UFC win streak to three.

Mark Munoz staged an incredible comeback victory, defeating Ultimate Fighter winner Kendall Grove via TKO midway thru second round to kick off the night’s main card.
